Keder Solutions is a dynamic, privately owned company based in Oak Creek, WI, with approximately 15 subsidiary businesses. Initially hired as a Financial Analyst to support the CFO in managing day-to-day financial operations, I quickly found that my role was more flexible due to the company's small size. I was encouraged to leverage my diverse skill set to contribute to various areas beyond traditional financial analysis.

In addition to my financial responsibilities, I took on several key roles, including serving as an IT resource for the company. I provided support for website maintenance and development, ensuring smooth online operations. I also assisted in the administration and development of the company's ERP system, NetSuite, streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency. To help leadership make informed decisions, I created detailed financial graphs and dashboards, offering valuable insights to enhance strategic planning and performance.

This experience at Keder Solutions allowed me to apply my expertise in multiple areas, driving improvements in both financial operations and technology management, while contributing to the overall success of the business.

Check out my work on GitHub, where I developed a 1500-line NetSuite SuiteScript to automate the process of item creation and Bill of Materials (BOM) assemblies. This script streamlined communication between the sales and manufacturing teams, allowing salespeople to request new items with ease, while the manufacturing team could instantly access the necessary details in NetSuite to build those items efficiently.
