Wolter Inc is a medium-sized, family-oriented firm specializing in forklift repairs and rental services. Wolter is a rapidly growing company that operates across multiple states, providing top-tier services to each region it serves.

During my time at Wolter Inc., I worked as a Business Analyst at their corporate office, gaining hands-on experience with their QuipWare ERP system and Month-End Closing procedures. I played a crucial role in the accounting sector by directly assisting the CFO with his daily tasks and responsibilities.

My responsibilities included month-end, year-end, commission reviews, and financial statement procedures for all Wolter Inc. locations.

One of my key contributions to the company—beyond my advanced accounting and Excel expertise—was my ability to leverage technology to automate and streamline repetitive routine tasks, reducing manual workload on a daily and monthly basis.

Despite my short tenure at Wolter Inc., the company demonstrated a genuine family-oriented culture. Everyone I met was welcoming, supportive, and truly cared about their colleagues. It was an amazing group of people to work with.

Unfortunately, my time in this position was cut short due to a series of remarkable opportunities that coincided with my acceptance of this role. One such opportunity was in the tech field with a company I simply could not turn down. It was an incredibly difficult decision, as I deeply valued the experiences I was gaining at Wolter, but ultimately, I had to take a step in a new direction.
